Stampin' Up! Nature Walk Father's Day Card

Good morning my stamping friends. So far this week I have had a water main break and frozen pipes. Oh, why oh why did I leave Florida? That's really rhetorical but I'll answer it anyway...because those two things are better than hurricanes! It didn't stop me from stamping, only from taking a shower and you can't see my hair from where you are...lol! However, you can see my card right here...

I'm entering my card in the Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 Challenge and I'm using Sketch #318.

Here's a look at at the inside...

Basic Beige: Card Base: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"; scraps for sentiments/image

Nature Walk DSP Mat: 4" x 5 1/4"

Square DSP: 3" x 3"

Vertical DSP: 2 1/4" x 3 3/8"

Thank you for stopping by today and I thank you for any comment you leave.

  1. The Nature Walk papers look wonderful on this layout, especially with the mix of squares and vertical panels. The vintage tones work so well for a Father’s Day theme, and the gear accents add just the right masculine touch. The inside coordinates beautifully too, keeping the design cohesive without feeling heavy.

  3. Hi Karen what a brilliant Father's Day card. I do find masculine cards so hard to make. I should find them easy with so many men in my household. I do love your colours and the stamps you've used. This is a great card, thanks so much for sharing with us over at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 and good luck.
