Stampin' UP! Lovely & Beautiful Birthday Card

TGIF my stamping friends! What's the weather going to be like in your neck of the woods? Mine, they are saying, is going to be frightful so let's think spring here today...take a look see...

 

Ooh, Magnolias! Yes, spring!! The product I used is in the chart below. My design was inspired by Marcie Besecker. 

and for the inside...

Measurements:

Basic White: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored @ 4 1/4"; 5" x 3 3/4" inner liner; 4" x 5" for flower; Mechanism: 3 1/8" x 4 3/4", scored @ 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 2 3/4", 3", and 3 1/4"; scrap for sentiment

Gold Foil: 4" x 5 1/4"; 3 1/4" x 4 1/2"; scrap for corner frames (or cut them out from the center of first gold foil mat

DSP: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"; 3 1/8" x 4 3/8"

Inside Mat: 4" x 5 1/4"

The soft palette, gold accents, and layered frames give the whole design a refined glow, and the mechanism adds such a fun surprise inside. A beautiful mix of retired favorites and current pieces that work together so seamlessly.
