Welcome to our Anything Goes With a Fun Fold Challenge. If you haven't played at Creative Creases Challenge before, what are you waiting for? Hop on over to Challenge #103. We'd love to see your fun fold creation. Here's a snapshot of mine...
Let's take a closer look, shall we?
I was inspired by Karen Titus and you can watch her create this fun fold here. I created this over a month ago and she has a Project Sheet that I printed out so you can too! But, in the meantime, here are my instructions and the product I used is listed in the chart below.
Here it is with the front opened...
I left the inside blank for when I decide what occasion will call it into action or to write a note.
Cardstock and Designer Series Paper:
Basic White: 4 1/4" x 11", scored and folded at 5 1/2"
Balmy Blue: 3 1/2" x 3 1/2"
DSP: 6" x 6"
Score the DSP at 1 3/8" on each side and cut out the outside corners.
Cut the four flaps diagonally from top right to bottom left corner going in a clockwise motion. Tuck in the flaps.
Position ephemera in the center, adhere with Dimensionals and adhere pinwheel to Balmy Blue cardstock. Adhere that to card base.
Stamp sentiment on scrap of DSP in Early Espresso and fussy cut.
Sponge fence with Early Espresso ink. Adhere to card base with liquid glue.
Adhere sentiment with Dimensionals.
Add more ephemera and Brushed Brass Butterfly.
Thank you for
stopping by today and I can't wait to see all the creativity from the
team. Be sure to check us
out at CCC#103 and we hope to see your entry there! Remember, you have a month to participate.
