Good Monday morning, peeps! My card today was inspired by Wendy Lee. It's another card that will be delivered to one of our church shut-ins. Let's take a look see...
My card base is Thick Basic White 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4". To that I adhered a piece of retired Sending Love DSP that measures 3" x 5 1/2".
I die cut a piece of Basic White with the 3rd largest Cornerside die and splattered it with a Dark Real Red Blend.
Next from a scrap of Real Red Cardstock, I die cut the heart from the Heart Shaped Dies. I adhered that to the "tag" and that to the DSP panel.
I stamped the sentiment from Unity's ...an ungloomy day stamp set and cut it with a die from Stylish Shapes. I adhered it with Dimensionals.
For the finishing touch, I tied a bow with retired Solid Real Red 1/8" Ribbon.
The inside sentiment is from the Hearts of Elegance stamp set.
I'm entering my card in the AAA Colourful Challenge and hopefully just red is okay!
Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you'll be back tomorrow for Amy's Inkin' Krew Monthly Blog Hop.
So pretty....clean and simple and sweet!
