Stampin' Up! Framed Florets & Favored Flowers for the SU Demos Fun Fold Hop

Welcome to our monthly SU Demos Fun Fold Blog Hop. If you love fun folds, you have come to the right place! The list of hoppers is at the end of my post and I do hope you'll hop along. I'm sure you'll be in for a real treat. Here is what I created...

Let's take a closer look at how it was created, shall we?

It's a card within a card. I watched a video by Jackie Bulhuis and her husband. This fold was in their Vol. 5 series.

The deets:
  • Blackberry Bliss Cardstock for base: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"; cut at diagonal on front from top left score to bottom right corner; 3" x 8 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
  • Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper: 4" x 5 1/4"; cut at diagonal from top left corner to bottom right corner. Adhere one piece to front flap and one piece to inside
  • Mossy Meadow Cardstock: 2 1/4" x 3 5/8"; adhere to front of 3" x 4 1/4" card
  • Fresh Freesia Cardstock: 2 1/8" x 3 1/2", die cut with Deckled Rectangle Die that fits it; stamp with sentiment from Framed Florets in Mossy Meadow and adhere to the Mossy Meadow panel. Add three Brushed Brass Butterflies;
  • Fresh Freesia: 2 7/8" x 4 1/8" stamp in Mossy Meadow with sentiment and leaf from Framed Florets; adhere to inside of small card
  • Adhere the small card to the inside of big card making sure it opens and closes properly over the front triangle
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you'll participate in the hop. Here's the list of hoppers!
