Stampin' Up! Path of Petals Sympathy Card for the Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop

Welcome to the Happy Inkin' Thursday blog hop. You're in for a treat if you have never visited before. It's a weekly challenge and this week we have a sketch challenge.
I used the Path of Petals Stamp Set  to create my card.

My card base is Purple Posy cardstock. I used the Tin Tile 3D Embossing Folder on a piece of Whisper White cardstock. I adhered it to the card base with liquid glue.

I had scraps of Feels Like Frost DSP laying on my desk so I put them to good use for the sketch! I adhered the silver pieces to each end of the leaf image. I stamped the sentiment with Gorgeous Grape ink. Before I adhered the pieces to the card front, I ran a piece of Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon around the leaf piece and tied a faux bow. Then I adhered the piece to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. I added three Playing with Patterns Resin Dots of varying sizes and the card front was finished.

For the inside, I added another piece of the DSP and stamped the sentiment in Gorgeous Grape ink. The envelope also received a piece of DSP for the flap and I stamped a leafy image on the front but the envelope wasn't in the photo!

I'm entering my card in the Krafty Chicks All Occasions #535 Challenge.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you'll have time to hop.
