Stampin' Up! Truly Tailored for Amy's Inkin' Krew Team Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring current Stampin’ Up! products.  This month we are all creating projects with a “Masculine” theme and I’m featuring the Truly Tailored stamp set and True Gentleman Designer Series Paper for my project. Here's my card for your viewing pleasure...

This card took all of 11 minutes to make. How do I know that? Because I had to time it for another challenge. Unfortunately, I was over the 10 minute mark and when I relooked, that challenge was only for "Shades of Gray". I'll play another day.

Supplies are listed below. Please note that the embossing folder I used is the Basket Weave Dynamic TIEF. It was offered during Sale-A-Bration and will be offered again June 1 in the new 2018-2019 Annual Catalog.

Measurements:

• Night of Navy 4 1/4" x 11"
• Very Vanilla (2) 4" x 5 1/4" (for front and inside) and a scrap piece
• DSP 1 3/4" x 5", 2 1/4" x 3 3/4", 3" circle, strip of DSP 1/2" x 5 1/4" for inside
• 6" ribbon

Instructions:

1. Score the Night of Navy card base at 5 1/2" and fold.
2. Swipe your ink pad over the recessed side of your embossing folder to ink in the indents.
3. Run one piece of Very Vanilla through the Big Shot, using the inked embossing folder.
4. Cut the first piece of DSP and bannerize the end using the punch or freehand.
5. Cut the second rectangular piece of DSP.
6. Run the third piece of DSP through the Big Shot, using the circle die.
7. Stamp and punch the sentiment on scrap of Very Vanilla.
8. Adhere the banner and rectangular pieces to the embossed piece of Very Vanilla.
9. Wrap the ribbon around the embossed mat and adhere to back with tape.
10. Adhere the circle to the front.
11. Adhere the sentiment to the circle with dimensionals.
12. Adhere the strip of DSP to the remaining piece of Very Vanilla.
13. Stamp the sentiment on the Very Vanilla.
14. Sponge the Very Vanilla.
15. Adhere mat to the inside base of card.
