Our card group didn't meet on Thursday because it was Maundy Thursday. However, we did meet Thursday last week and I didn't post one of the cards we made. Lynn made a fantastic lunch and we made great cards.
This is not Stampin' Up!, with the exception of the inside, and that will no longer be available after today, so you will be spared my sales pitch...lol. BUT, if you like the beach scene, I'm sure I can switch it back!! We have many products that can be used for that.
For me, this was a clean and simple card. It's basically one layer with minimal stamping. You just stamp the sentiment on white card stock cut it with your trimmer and put a mat under it. Punch out the birds and adhere them to a blue card stock base. Tear a darker piece of blue paper that has a white core. Tear a lighter piece of blue with a white core and adhere it to the card base. Tear a piece of sand colored paper that doesn't have a white core and adhere that. Die cut the shells and adhere that. You're done!

Just Us Girls Challenge #434 Wild Card Week will determine if it meets their CAS requirements!
The inside shells were punched using a very light shade of pink paper. The sentiment I chose is from Happy Wishes, mentioned above.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a fantastic Saturday! Sunday's coming!!
