Stampin' Up! Hand Delivered Meets Playful Background

Today's stamp set is a host stamp set, which means you have to host a party and have a $150 total...or you can be a demonstrator and have a $150 order. I did neither...it was a kit prepared by Meg for our card group. I believe it's a CASE of Sissy Hooper.

I added some circles from the Playful Backgrounds stamp set.
