Today I picked an unusual theme for one of my challenges. I am not a tea drinker unless I am deathly ill but I wanted to practice coloring. Here's my finished product...
and here's the challenge...City Crafter Challenge Blog Week 395 ~ At the Tearoom.
I chose to use my dark and light blue Pool Party Blends and Crumb Cake Blends to enter the challenge at Color Throwdown #476...light blue, kraft and white.
The design of my card was inspired by the sketch at Atlantic Hearts.
I used a kraft card base with a kraft corrugated mat. I took my DSP and cut it into three equal pieces, tied a piece of linen thread around the top in a bow and added my banner sentiment with a heart.
Thank you for visiting today and I hope you enjoyed my card.
Cute card! Love the colors, pretty teapots and cups! I only drink the iced variety of tea myself unless I'm sick too! :)

ReplyDeleteWhat a great look! Love how you sliced up that pretty image and am secretly jealous that you got it so straight. That's always tough for me. Thank you for playing along with the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge!
