Stampin' Up! Wishing You Well Valentine

Today's challenge for me, personally, is to get more of my patterned paper chopped and banded together with the colors they go with...an idea I saw on Facebook. In the meantime, I would like to enter today's card in the Addicted to Stamps challenge #326

at Time Out (love their inspiration photo)

and the Aud Sentiments Challenge #219.

Valentine's Day is fast approaching and I need to create a slew of cards and get them mailed out. My inspiration for this card came from Song of My Heart.

I took three patterned papers from the retired Sending Love stack, layered the top and bottom pieces first, then tore the last piece and adhered it to the middle section. Be careful tearing because I tore too deep, which exposed the base of the card on the edges.

For the art piece, I stamped the wreath (Pear Pizzazz) along with the amazing bow (Lovely Lipstick) using the Wishing You Well stamp set. I stamped the hearts using the Meant to Be stamp set. The sentiment is also from Meant to Be.

I used the Detailed Trio punch to round my corners and then sponged the edges. I cut out a square of Lovely Lipstick foil and adhered the art piece with Dimensionals. Then with liquid glue, I adhered it to the card front. I think I will be CASEing my own card this weekend!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope to see you tomorrow.
