Stampin' Up! Vertical Greetings and Share What You Love

There is something to be said for not cleaning up your work area. I had everything at my finger tips to make my card tonight.  I am able to enter it at Just Add Ink

and Just Us Girls.

I can tell you once again that I timed it and it took 07:06:44...and once again I forgot that the "As You See It" challenge required Shades of Gray! I have until May 16 to get my act together for that challenge!

So, for the Just Add "O", I used Grapefruit Grove ink (available June 1), which looks like an orange color to me. I also used Old Olive ink on the "tree".

I think the mat of Share What You Love DSP (3 3/4" x 5") (available now in this bundle or by itself June 1) has shadows! I adhered that to my Blackberry Bliss (returning June 1) mat 4" x 5 1/4" and adhered that to my Whisper White card base (4 1/4" x 5 1/2").

I stamped the "tree" in Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive on a piece of 4" x 3" Whisper White and cut it out with the second largest oval from the Layering Oval Framelits. I adhered that to a Blackberry Bliss scalloped oval. I used the second largest scallop for that. The ovals are mounted to the card with dimensionals.

Just so you know, the Vertical Greetings stamps are rubber stamps (a/k/a clear mount). I didn't use my Stamp-a-Ma-Jig so it was a little off...in artist terms...I created another shadow!

On a scrap piece of Whisper White, I stamped the pot in Mint Macaron (returning June 1), fussy cut it and adhered it a little off the underlying Old Olive Pot, et voila...another shadow and the illusion that it is raised up.

I added Glitter Enamel Dots, which I believe are Lemon Lime Twist but I felt they got along fine with the other colors.

Thank you for stopping by and if you have any questions, just leave them in a comment with your email address and I will respond within a day.
